About Us
Teamergent was founded to make emergency preparedness more engaging and enjoyable for water utility teams. The current conventional training offerings are generic, and lack the most important focus: The TEAM. The Teamergent preparedness program is based on real-world, 1st hand experience dealing with emergency situations.
After experiencing one of the most unique water system emergencies in the U.S, our founder Marc began developing methods and scenarios to better prepare water utility teams for future water crises. Teamergent leverages lived experiences from our team and dozens of water utilities that we’ve collaborated with.
Our team brings technical engineering first principles, emergency response experience, crisis and trauma expertise, and above all, creativity!
Marc Santos, PE
Founder
Marc is the founder and lead trainer at Teamergent. His 15 years of experience in the water sector, combines consulting, emergency response, policy, and technology evaluation to provide a rare lens to evaluate utility preparedness. Marc has first-hand experience helping utilities through emergencies and identifying hazard mitigation solutions for water and wastewater systems.
Tammy Stone, PE
Experience Designer
Tammy is an experience designer and trainer for Teamergent. She has over a decade of water and wastewater experience including consulting, international development, project management, and technology evaluation. Tammy’s specialized expertise in mindfulness and neurolinguistic programing provides a unique ability to empower utility teams in self-awareness and effective communications.
